Discover the New Whiteout V2 18×20 & 18×20 XTD: Precision, Spin, and Power in One Racquet
The Original Whiteout 18×20 and 18×20 extended models were a hit when they first launched, showing just how much players value the control-focused string pattern. And it might surprise you just how popular 18×20 racquets really are.
Many past ATP and WTA No. 1 players have relied on this pattern for its ability to drive through the court with pinpoint precision. The lower launch angle keeps the ball penetrating and opponents on their heels, giving players the upper hand. While many 18×20 racquets currently on the market sacrifice spin for that laser-like trajectory, the Solinco Whiteout line is designed to let players generate plenty of spin without compromising their control.
With the Whiteout V2 18×20 and 18×20 XTD, you get a fully refined racquet that balances feel, precision, control, and spin, making it a truly versatile all-court weapon. And for those seeking a little extra reach, the 27.5” extended XTD model is a game-changer—the only racquet in its class to combine added reach and power with 18×20 precision.
We’re excited to introduce this new Whiteout V2 in a string pattern that perfectly complements the racquet’s design. Get ready to dial in your control with the Whiteout V2 18×20 and 18×20 XTD.

TECHNOLOGIES
The Whiteout V2 18×20 and 18×20 XTD models incorporate the same suite of proprietary innovations:
- Weight Control Module: Interchangeable butt-cap plates allow players to adjust weight and balance for customized performance.
- Arch-2 Construction: A newly applied architecture and carbon fiber layup that enhances three key performance characteristics in the racquet: its power, stability, and responsiveness.
- Foam Tech Core: PU density foam fills the racquet head to reduce vibration and amplify feel.
- Power Flex Zone: Max beam height is strategically placed near the 5 and 7 o’clock positions to boost the flex and power. Added strength near the bridge maximizes power return and cuts energy loss.

- Liquid Crystal Technology: Liquid Crystal Fibers optimize flex and reduce vibration and shock in the handle.
WHO IT’S FOR
The Whiteout V2 18×20 and 18×20 XTD are designed for players who thrive on precision and control. Ideal for those who hit flatter shots that penetrate the court, our 18×20 frames reward players who generate their own power while enjoying a smooth, connected feel with every strike.
One of the key advantages of the Solinco Whiteout 18×20 is that its refined, optimized design allows players to generate plenty of spin despite its tighter 18×20 string pattern.
Existing Whiteout V1 and V2 users will feel right at home, while new players will quickly appreciate the racquet’s refined responsiveness and versatility.
